Liv More Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Liv More, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

Liv More is a free, onchain fitness application that integrates health data from wearable devices. The app allows users to create and participate in fitness challenges with entry fees and economic rewards. These Terms govern your use of Liv More, including all features, services, and content provided through the app.

2. Eligibility

To use Liv More, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have an active Warpcast account.
• Connect a valid Ethereum wallet.
• Own and use a compatible wearable device in order to track steps, active calories, and sleep hours.

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to any user at our discretion.

3. Account and Data

To participate in challenges and track progress, you must connect your Warpcast account and grant Liv More access to the following information:

• Farcaster FID (user_fid)
• Farcaster username
• Ethereum address
• Display name

Liv More also retrieves your historical weekly metrics for steps, active calories, and sleep hours. This data is used to create onchain attestations when users complete their goals.

Liv More does not collect personally identifiable information beyond the identifiers listed above.

4. Health Data and Attestations

Liv More integrates with wearable devices through API connections to retrieve fitness data, including:

• Step count
• Hours of sleep
• Active calories

This data is used to display user progress, enable daily goals, and issue onchain attestations for completed objectives. In challenge mode, this data helps determine user performance and the final results.

Liv More does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.

5. Challenges and Rewards

Users can create or join fitness challenges by paying an entry fee. These challenges are not games of chance — they are based on measurable physical activity and performance.

Each challenge will clearly state:

• Entry fee
• Duration
• Required metrics (e.g. most steps in 7 days)
• Reward distribution rules

At the end of each challenge, winners are determined based on submitted health metrics. Entry fees are held securely in smart contracts and distributed automatically to the winner(s).

Important: Participation in challenges is entirely optional and governed by smart contracts. Liv More does not guarantee winnings or refunds.

6. No Gambling

Liv More is not a lottery, raffle, or any form of gambling. Outcomes are based purely on user performance in fitness-related metrics. This distinction is important and legally relevant.

7. Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate or falsify fitness data.
• Use bots or automation to spoof activity.
• Exploit vulnerabilities in the app or smart contracts.
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

Violation of these terms may result in disqualification, loss of access, or legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liv More is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. By using the app, you agree that:

• You participate in challenges at your own risk.
• You are responsible for your own health and physical condition.
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of Liv More.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the app or official channels. Continued use of Liv More after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
